Return and Refund

1. Return Eligibility Customers can apply for return or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the products. The products must be unused, unmodified, intact, and kept with original packaging and accessories for resale.

2. Non-Returnable Situations - Custom personalized products (custom text & custom patterns) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there are quality defects or shipping damage. - Products damaged by personal misuse, artificial modification or improper storage. - Products returned without original packaging and complete accessories.

3. Return Shipping Fee - If the return is caused by our quality problem, wrong item delivery or shipping damage, we will bear the return shipping cost. - If the return is due to personal preference, size mismatch or unnecessary purchase, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee.

4. Refund Process 1. Contact our customer service via email to submit a return application within the valid period. 2. Wait for our official return approval and return instructions. 3. Send back the goods according to the requirements. 4. We will inspect the returned items within 3–5 working days after receiving the package. 5. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 7–14 working days.

5. Replacement Service For defective or damaged products, we support free replacement under valid verification.
