2. Processing Time Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom products require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

3. Shipping Time United States: 5–12 business days North America & Europe: 7–15 business days Other global regions: 10–20 business days The actual delivery time depends on local logistics and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on product weight, size and destination during checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for designated orders.

5. Order Tracking After shipment, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can check the real-time logistics status online.

6. Customs & Duties International orders may incur local customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the buyer. We do not undertake additional customs fees.
